🍎 ABeka Curriculum Mastery: Develop a deep understanding and proficiency in the ABeka curriculum, providing engaging and effective instruction to students. Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.
📚 Patient Bilingual Instruction: As a bilingual school, effective communication can sometimes be challenging. Demonstrate patience and adaptability in delivering instructions to students, ensuring a supportive atmosphere for learning. Understanding Spanish is not required.
⛪️ Active Involvement in Church Activities: Collaborate with Iglesia Bautista Esperanza (Hope Baptist Church) by actively taking part in church activities. Foster a sense of community and spiritual growth among students and colleagues.
📝 Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s Degree: Possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Education. Your educational background should equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in an elementary teaching role.
📜 Recommendation Letters: Supply a recommendation letter from your pastor and another individual attesting to your character, work ethic, and suitability for an educational environment.
💼 Passion for Education: Demonstrate a genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to the holistic development of students.
🌐 Cultural Sensitivity: Display cultural sensitivity and an understanding of the diverse backgrounds of our students.
💡 Adaptability: Exhibit flexibility and adaptability in addressing the unique challenges and opportunities that come with teaching in a bilingual environment.
